As we own and operate a beauty business we are able to analyse a business to understand its value. To do this we consult directly with the seller to understand the financials and services offered. We then carry out our own appraisal and if we can see profitability we then use a strategy where there an agreed value is then paid to the owner in regular instalments over an agreed time.
